LOCATION:  1735 Washington Ave, New Orleans LA 70113

CANCELLATION POLICY AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:  All cancellations must be made at least 24hrs prior to tour time in order to receive a full refund.  Late cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded.

WEATHER:  All tours run rain or shine.  We will only cancel a tour if there is severe weather (lightning or named storm).  If we cancel the tour you will be offered a refund or to reschedule for a different time.  No refunds, or rescheduling, will be offered for no-shows. 

SAFETY:  Please dress for the weather and be prepared to be in the sun. Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended.  While helmets are not required in the city of New Orleans we will provide you with one and encourage you to use it.

For your safety, and for the safety of those around you, we will not allow you to participate in a tour if you are visibly intoxicated.  Yes we understand that you are in New Orleans, but you are still in a city with laws, traffic, and other hazards.  Those who show up visually intoxicated will not be allowed to take part in the tour and will not be issued a refund.
